BillyJack Posted September 22, 2023 Report Posted September 22, 2023 Didn’t the older D24 come with a template to start? Quote
gee-dub Posted September 22, 2023 Report Posted September 22, 2023 It came with the individual fingers that you can set in your desired pattern. You can butt them side by side for an even machine cut look if that is what you want to match. 1 Quote
BillyJack Posted September 22, 2023 Author Report Posted September 22, 2023 I had a Leigh I bought used 20 years ago and sold it and kept the Omnijig. I’m having such a hard time finding templates at a reasonable cost thought I might just pick up the Leigh.. Quote
JohnG Posted September 22, 2023 Report Posted September 22, 2023 HF has a 12” jig for $40. After that you go up to the no-name imports on Amazon, then probably the Rockler private label. Rockler sells some different pattern templates to put on theirs. But with the Leigh you just set the fingers to make any pattern you want. Quote

It had the template when I bought it used, but didn’t know if it was bought separate. Quote
wtnhighlander Posted September 23, 2023 Report Posted September 23, 2023 Didn't I hear on a recent episode of the Woodtalk podcast, Lee Valley has acquired the Leigh jigs brand? Quote
