Garage shop demo and remodel

Freddie, have you thought about putting a sweep on the bottom of the door? Threshold as well? You're in the trade so you probably know, but for those that don't - they make a huge difference in maintaining the temp/humidity in the shop as well as your home. Eliminates drafts and helps to keep pests at bay. ;-)

I should be wrapping the construction of the first door later today. I had some defects on the exterior skin, so I filled with bondo. It was a little cold so it wasn't dry by the time I left. First step is to sand the bond down, then finish chamfering the exterior decorative frame and secure it. I attached 2 pics of the chamfer profile and how the rails and stiles meet up. This is good for me in two ways. 1: God forbid a joint slipped, it will be barely noticeable due to the nature of the profile. 2: It looks cooler. :)
