I looked at other blades but then decided for the small extra might as well just get festool. Sharpen your festool baldes though. You should be able to get a few sharpenings on them. I have been using it for a couple of years now and cannot see a difference in the cut quality from my Festool blade. It has held up very nicely, and at $36.00 you can't beat the price.
