Coop
You can't claim her on your income tax return but they sure are handy to have. Nice find!
dwacker
You took my door stop. I have the same one been holding office door open for years. When I fid use it it worked well. If you lived closer I would have traded it with you in exchange for a rock. New toys are fun. Go make holes.

And there's no place like the beginning.

shaneymack
Very nice. Much better than fidgeting with the drill press mortising attachment that i use to have!

collinb
Did you get all the chisels and bits. I may have a set of fisch. Came with the standard 3 chisels/bits (1/2, 3/8, 1/4), also Jet brand, and only the 3/8 has been used.
Brendon_t
I definitely plan on adopting one of those as well. I borrowed one from a friend when I built the huge front door. One stile (6 through mortises 4.5" deep) took me almost a day to route then square by hand. The HCM did all 6 in about 45 minutes, 30 of those spent laying out and measuring three ish times. . Great tool to have
Tom Cancelleri
I've got a delta very similar to that. It's been used a handful of times. Good for certain projects.
tim0625
Congrats! I picked up a Powermatic Mortiser at Christmas about the same way. A guy was beginning his woodworking tool ordering...got the machine and immediately got transferred in his job. He had used only one bit for a few minutes punching just a few holes. I got the machine and the bits for $270.
