KE5NNT
Hello everyone, just wanted to quickly say hello as I'm a new member here at the forum and new to the hobby. Not entirely new, I've been using tools and building stuff all my life but always with a purpose, not a hobby. I would say that building furniture is my main interest, but I know I don't have the skill set for that yet, or the tools so in the meantime I've been building little decorative things focusing on something different each time to learn new joinery or some other element I've never used or need more practice with. Anyways, it's nice to be among others. Thanks for having me. Best, Ryan - Holland, MI

RichardA
You made a mistake, now your hooked, there is a minefield of knowledge here that will get you off into a very expensive but fullfilling hobby. Welcome

Welcome Don't let 'em scare you. I have only just begun to get close to what I used to spend on golf and I stunk. I am only in for a fraction of what my serious fisherman friends spend.
