gee-dub Posted February 1 Report Posted February 1 The discussion made me recall a visit to Sierra Madre Sawing and Milling. They have an old arn C.O. Porter surfacer. It is something to see. Spring loaded fingers hold one irregular surface against the cutter head. This often provides a one-pass flat surface on even raw lumber. Pretty cool to watch. 2 Quote
