Popular Post Torin3 Posted January 25 Popular Post Report Posted January 25 Just joined. I've got a CNC background (work currently programming and running CNC routers at a plastics company - previously I was doing similar things at a metals shop). I'm currently making braiding equipment mostly out of wood for a braiding art called Kumihimo. I'm here to see if I can tweak my processes to get a better end product and bounce some ideas off people. I've got an OpenBuilds CNC router with about a 20" x 30" working area, job site table saw, planer, horizontal/vertical bandsaw, drill press, and various hand tools. 5 Quote

Most of my youtube channel is dedicated to this, but the livestreams take a while to show the process. I've got a timelapse of a braid here that is about 2 1/2 mintues long.
