Don't sweat the polishing...Its a piece of cake by the way with the ROS...just be sure to purchase two separate buffing pads for the Menzera 2000 and 4500... and nice ones at that. Just don't panic when the first few wet sanding grits, before polish, turn your nice shiny lacquer finish into a chalky opaque thing that no longer resembles your box. Raefco Posted January 27, 2015 Report Share Posted January 27, 2015 Not real familiar with HVLP but with a standard spray gun you would want to make sure the spray was atomized finer, more fan adjustment, more air, less material.
