Off the top of my head, the Byrd cutters need 55in-lbs. It's one of the few places in the shop where torque matters... If you read some threads, you'll find that cracking or loosening cutters usually take three or four neighbors with them... The danger is real.... i walked into my shop the other day and found a broken carbide cutter from my byrd head on the floor. I don't know when it happened but I am not replacing it until I get a torque wrench. But on the upside the head cuts fine with one missing insert.
