Wasn't my intention, but you are right. For this project, I didn't miss a tablesaw... Well, didn't miss it too much. I used Seneca parallel guides for most of the cuts with the tracksaw to ensure parallel cuts. Cutting the rails/stiles was a little hairy with the guides. At 2" wide, I had to add support under the track for the rip. It would have been much quicker on the tablesaw, but it wasn't too bad. I was able to source very stable and flat S4S maple for the door frame. The panel was cut on the bandsaw and raised by hand to fit into the groove. Hindsight, I should installed the rabbet bit in my router, and just been done with it... It wasn't too bad though. All in all, it went very well. Thanks for the comments. Popular Post Llama
Delivery was a success!! Despite several delays with the shipping company, the client is in love with her new liquor cabinet. For some reason I can't count, and need to send her four more shelf brackets. Good time to toss in a few business cards

shaneymack
Cabinet looks great in its home, Mel. Thank God that it fits perfectly between that molding and the wall. Would have sucked if she coud'nt read a tape and gave you 30 3/4" instead of 30 1/4" for instance. Im glad it worked out !
