I used drywall anchor looking things they sell over here in Germany, countersunk the clearance hole in the wood and snugged it up. I only secured the bottom of the bottom panel to the wall, the others I just hung from each top corner and used the L brackets you can see to tie into the lower panel right next to the concrete anchor screws.
