I still have that rule. It has a dusty spot for retirement. When we decided to get another bedroom set, we both decided we just wanted to buy one. Chestnut Posted July 26, 2023 Report Share Posted July 26, 2023 I take 2 pieces of wood and use spring clamps to make a rough and read shop bar gauge. I use it now and then when an accurate inside measurement is needed.
