Magnetic base Light

I am looking for a light for my bandsaw.  It's an older Laguna 1412 which came with a light but it is the older style light, not the ones they have now with the articulating arms. It's a nice light but just doesn't have any useful range as far as adjustment goes.  This has me looking for something with a strong magnetic base because it will be in a vertical mounting situation and some sort of adjustability  like a gooseneck or something.

Any recommendations?

I have two of these on my DP and they work OK, but I got them on sale.  Worth a look, magnet is strong and the light can be focused. Runs on battery or AC.

This one I like

This one is worthless. Its too heavy and slides around way to much to be useful. Its also battery which is a pain becuase they are always dead when you need it.

Thanks Paul.  I like that type of magnetic base, I think I will be giving this a serious look.

@Chet, Woodcraft has the light I mentioned on deep discount for Black Friday.   It may not be perfect, but well worth the $20 sale price.

I thought I posted a comment here but I guess I never finished it.

I've seen a few people put LED strip lights on the bottom of the top cabinet. Hopefully that description makes sense. You obviously don't have the flexibility to move the lighting like you would with a magnetic base light so you might get some shadows depending on what you're cutting.

Yeah, I saw that.  It has me thinking about ordering a couple just to have around the shop.

I use these inexpensive LED lights.  I wired an outlet to the mains on the DP and bandsaw.

This has proven to work very well for me.

P.s. Here's how I added the power tap at the DP.
