This may be common for people who work or live in the big tech world but the thought of someone attacking all of Marcs hardwork, pride, and part of his familys funding (not to mention my second home) is just plain wrong. It is nice to see the community rallying around and supporting Marc. This is one thing that we seem to see time and time again in our craft and it makes my proud to be a part of it. While I certainly am not going to stop someone from renewing indefinitely, I probably wouldn't recommend it. The situation is not quite what I would call desperate, so I don't think we should have people renewing years ahead of time, unless they truly want to. To check on your membership time, go into your account area by clicking the link at the top right of any Guild page that says "Your Account/Renew". That has all lead to me now following well over 100 woodworking blogs, making numerous new friends over the internet and squeezing a little woodworking in as well.
