Old hand plane dating?

Just picked up an old hand plane from a local general store. I tried to date it myself with the help of the Internet and came out with a 1944-1947 however there are some features that don't match.

Some general details.

Stanley bailey no. 4 hand plane.

Corrugated sole

No. 4 are spaced about an 1" on the toe.

Made in canada

Brass angled knurled depth adjustment knob

And here are some pictures for any info I left out.

Your pictures make it kinda hard to tell but based on what I can see this plane was made between 1931 and 1932. I used the hand plane flow chart to date it: http://hyperkitten.com/tools/stanley_bench_plane/start_flowchart.php

I have a very very similar (possibly identical) number 4 hand plane. They are not really worth much in the way of money to a collector being very numerous. But its an absolutely fantastic user. I love mine and its probably my go to plane for most flattening operations as its easier to use then a number 5 being smaller but otherwise does a similar activity.

Thanks for the input guys. Hopefully I can start buying some more hand planes and tools that post about the grizzly jointer plane for 60 looked like a rocket deal. Even though I'm in canada it would still be a decent price over anything from Lee valley
