Popular Post Eric.
This morning I went to the glass place to get a quote on a mirror I need. I told her, "About 25x25 with 1.25" beveled edges." She said, "$233." When I scoffed at the price, she told me, "The bevels are all done by hand." I said, "Y'all need to get a CNC."
xxdabroxx
Ouch, you need to find a new glass shop. I was quoted about $80 for 1/4" glass with beveled edges (didn't specify bevel width yet) for about a 24x36 piece. They had to send out the mirror to be beveled though. Won't be cheap if he walks out with your beloved yankee screwdriver.

krtwood
Final thought. If it said Festool on it and you could swap out the router for an ETS 150 and add in the optional automatic paper changer suddenly people would be singing a different tune. That started out as a joke... but I think I need to try actually doing that.
