davewyo
I don't know if the issue is solved already but here is another step-down hose adapter that I had luck with. Some of the reviewers list the ID and OD dimensions of each step in their reviews.
Brendon_t
Here is the hose from woodcraft. I bought an adapter at home depot to fit my rigid shop vac. I can send it to you this week or you can pick one up locally. Whatever you prefer. http://m.woodcraft.com/product/152676/112-x-1-x-10foot-power-tool-vacuum-hose-assembly.aspx

Elroy Skimms
Nice! It will also fit my Kreg. I mean. I don't use pocket holes. Pocket holes are for losers. @Brendon_t - I can buy yours if it is sitting idle and wasting space in your shop. PM me the amount and I'll PayPal it. -E
Marmotjr
Last time I had to connect odd hose sizes, I just turned down a lump of scrap 4x4 into the sizes i needed on the lathe, bored out the middle, and I had an adapter.
Tom Cancelleri
Your other option is to buy a 3D printer and print the size coupling you need to adapt.

Buying a lathe might be a step backwards though in terms of budget 4 hours ago, Tom Cancelleri said: Your other option is to buy a 3D printer and print the size coupling you need to adapt. Still cheaper than a Festool CT26! -E
