bleedinblue
Looks like a good place to drink a beer to me.
davewyo
Nice recovery. The arms look fine. As Ross said, the ribbon grain is spectacular with the design of those chairs. They're going to look incredible with the finish on.
logos
Finally done. Felt like a long two months. I had a great experience with the guild videos! Thanks for the help along the way! Now to organize the shop and get ready for the next build!

logos
Thanks! I did notice a crack starting in one of the back slats when finishing. I was thinking about either I laying a piece with grain running perpendicular in the back kind of like a dovetail inlay Any other tricks or tips to stop this from expanding? Coop
An Adirondack chair with a butterfly/Dutchman, now that would be cool looking!
wtnhighlander
You might just epoxy it back together. Use a vacuum to pull the epoxy into the crack from the opposite side. Another option I would consider is to do a contrasting inlay that highlights the repair. Sometimes a non-wood material looks good in that application. I've never done the vacuum trick!
