I am an old man turning 68 in a day or two. I have always love piddling with wood working, but didn't have a lot of tools. BTW I go by the name Stoney! I just wanted to join a forums so that I could get ideas and share. I hope I have come to the right place.

@gee-dub is correct.  68 is childlike to an old man.  Trust me, at 80, I'm so far as anyone has guessed, it seems like I might be the oldest  here.  Who knows when that'll end.   Welcome young'un.  Good folks here.

Glad you could join us, Stoney.  Spaeking of age.  I recently visited a toy museum and a transportation museum -----Got a dose of reality when I saw things in the museum that I actually owned or played with.
