People buy Festool routers even though they don't do well in the bake-offs. I buy Veritas tools when a restored Stanley would probably do as well. I feel better when I use the ebony and the Veritas. Festool's dist collection is second to none. Enjoying your tools and materials is part of the craft for me. BCTW tools are beautifully made and from all reports are a joy to use.
