Popular Post Ron Swanson Jr. Posted July 17, 2023 Popular Post Report Posted July 17, 2023 Hello all. Figured i should introduce myself. My name is Doug and i live in St Paul MN. I'M 49 and i train truck drivers for a living (among other hats that I wear). I guess I've been butchering wood for about 12 years now, though I'm basically a beginner level skill set. I'd like to start doing more meaningful work, and so I'm really trying to focus on going back to the basics and get better at the fundamentals... Like project planning, milling stock, layout and of course joinery. I appreciate this forum and the ability to get advise from more skilled woodworker's. I don't have anyone in real life to talk WW with. I used to come in here in the past, but haven't been here in a several years. That's about all. Thank you 3 Quote
