Coop
Just moments ago, I was routing a groove in a thin piece on the router table and saw the bit come out of the front of the piece. Forgot to tighten the fence. Time for a shower and a cold one.

I've done that!! and had bearing spin off on a couple of router bits. if you do this stuff long enough there are stories to tell. i'm with @gee-dub, slow down and think about what you're doing, so it takes little longer, so what, enjoy doing it right and continue on.
Chestnut
Filled a knot in my workbench last night with my leftover epoxy. Forgot 10 min later and put my arm in it. Tried to make a cut on the bandsaw but forgot to engage the blade tensioner.

I found a situation where it's slightly useful. Ripping a bunch of random widths when i have to measure to the blade because the ruler on the table has worn off. Marmotjr
Wish I hadn't been in a hurry last night during that glue up. Wish I had used less glue. Wish I had gotten more of the squeeze out. Wish I had moved the glue up from the garage to the house where it was warmer. Wish I hadn't left it on the wax paper on the TS. Thank god the rust scraped and sanded off.
Coop
Kind of weird how dried glue leaves those spots on a cast iron table top ain’t it? If i’d Clean that s#*t off my work bench, I wouldn’t have a clue as to what you just said!
