..Kev
Got the other drawer fronts glued up this morning after a trip to the lumber yard.. I'll also mill up some maple today and try to get it trimmed out..
Popular Post ..Kev
Got the maple for the trim milled up.. Don't even know what the final thickness was, just looking for something I liked.. Trimmed to length and installed.. Broke out my inner Norm and just used some glue and brads Just need to finish up the currently drying drawer fronts, add a little finish, and fill up the drawers!

Popular Post ..Kev
Time for a little organization! Use my miter gauge all the time so, it lives on the outside.. And, pulling the dado stack out of it's holder is a PITA so, it needed a home as well.. Inlayed.

I think you've told me once before how you do the tool inlays, foam insulation spray painted black as I recall. What I don't remember is how you cut it. What is the trick for that? Just Bob
You know I have to copy this, not the supermax part (I wish), but the cabinet for sure.

Cuts super easy and is also easy to just follow your lines. 1 minute ago, Just Bob said: You know I have to copy this, not the supermax part (I wish), but the cabinet for sure. Help yourself Bob.. You know where the shop is if you want to see something in person.
JosephThomas
Very nice. When you make the duplicate for my shop be sure to make the inlays for the freud dado stack though
sjk
Wha? @TIODS - is there a thread somewhere that explains how you do the foam inlay thing? It looks nice and flat - I'm 100% confident that I couldn't get spray foam to come out that nice looking.

Trace the tool you want to inlay, use a small router bit to route out the shape, paint a color of your choice unless you like pink. I think I've done most of my shop on about 10 bucks.
pkinneb
Great use of space there!! So I am not familiar with the SuperMax drum sander will it just bolt to that cabinet?
..Kev
Just now, pkinneb said: Great use of space there!! I also needed some storage for table saw accessories and some other stuff so, just made sense for me. On that note.. Big thanks @Llama who dug up some measurements for me!
