I'm sure there are people that are allergic to it. I have yet to meet someone that is actually allergic to it. However, I do know people that are somehow only recently allergic to gluten. Oh well. The conference will be about strategies if they know what they are doing. That can be a big IF... On the flip side, if you try to tell them that mid-conference...things get tense. Turns out they screwed up the results and only about 1/1000 of the people that thought they were gluten sensitive/allergic are actually such. And I seriously need to fire up the smoker. Soon. Flip side, discovering benefits of avoiding gluten for those folks is creating tremendous healing for my sisters with Hasimoto's thyroiditis which happens to be very tricky to diagnose but easy to "treat."
