wtnhighlander
Just curious what kind of vehicles are favored by folks in this community. Here in TN, TDOT won't check the RCD* box on your license unless you show proof of ownership for one or more of the following: Pickup truck, any flavor Any American muscle car made prior to 1972 1977 Pontiac TransAm, black only. Any vehicle requiring a step ladder to enter, 3 step minimum. Any vehicle having more than 4 wheels. I drive a Chevy Avalanche with 237k miles on myself. Tom Cancelleri
My daily driver is a 2011 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L V6 with a 6 speed manual transmission. It's a blast to drive and really comfortable. My prior car was a 2003 Infiniti G35. When I need to pick up tools, wood, materials and such I borrow my dads Dodge pickup, that thing has moved many a tool.

Coop
I'm on my 3rd Suburban. Love the ride. If I need to pickup lumber that won't fit on the overhead carrier. I have a 9' utility trailer. Wish I had a '68 Shelby 500 Mustang in the garage

wdwerker
Not many vans showing up. I always wanted to be able to keep my tools and materials secured and dry. I guess an SUV counts sort of.

Rapid Roger
wdwerker, Here ya go....... 2003 E 150 full size Ford van with 91,000 miles. LOVE it! Will carry full size sheets of plywood and lumber up to 10' long and can leave material overnight if necessary with safety from weather and/or theft. Will carry any and store most all my tools if I had to do it. Bought it used with 80,000 miles on it six years ago. It is nice living in a small town and being retired as far as rolling up the miles on a vehicle goes. Most days it doesn't move at all!
