Yes it was sunny but it was a bit brisk out there wasn't it lol There was a slight breeze. It made holding the weed line difficult. I didn't get more than an hour before i had other stuff to do. 42 minutes ago, Spanky said: Chestnut, you do any ice fishing in the winter months? I need to more often. I usually get out at least a couple times a year. I prefer the boat type of fishing. 33 minutes ago, Pondhockey said: Dumb question: when ice fishing "villages" are set up in, say International Falls, how are porta potties handled? Fish food? Generally a 5 gallon pail and then toss it out the door. DAMHIK. it's only littering if it's not bio-degradable. Quote
wdwerker Posted October 17, 2018 Report Posted October 17, 2018 Give a man a fish and you fed him for a day, teach a man to fish and he sits in a boat all day drinking beer ! But just like woodworking she knows where he is pretty much. 2 Quote

Popular Post TerryMcK Posted February 4, 2019 Popular Post Report Posted February 4, 2019 Currently in cold, snowy Berlin in Germany. Sampling their fine German Red wine, Weiss beer and Schnapps. Now contemplating the next woodworking project from the open fire in the bar. It’s a hard life but somebodies got to do it so you don’t have to. 3 Quote

Popular Post TerryMcK Posted May 25, 2019 Popular Post Report Posted May 25, 2019 Whilst in Corfu I stumbled across these pieces in the Corfu Asian Art Museum. They are not Asian by the way they are 19th century English. Awesome veneering. End view showing a fantastic compass 4 Quote
