ClassAct
Goofed around for a few hours yesterday with my father-in-law's Tormek T-7. He'd bought it who knows when to sharpen his turning tools. I've tried sharpening with oil stones, water stones, and now the T-7. Overall, got some decent results on beater chisels I had sitting around -- I could shave some arm hair after the leather strop wheel step. Still seems a bit fiddly, working with the Universal Support's height settings and pivoting the machine around a bunch. It probably is simpler when doing maintenance sharpening. Would love to try some DMT stones sometime. I think I'd like them.

Just Bob
We wanted some chicken wings tonight. The only place to get them is a casino that is 10 miles away. I ordered the wings and sat down at the nearest one armed bandit. On the 3rd pull I won $350.00. I didn't tell the wife.....

I didn't open it but I assume it said something along the lines of "LMAO, good thing email is cheap, we have another 299 of these to send!" *grumble*

Not really, I've been to parties at their house. What chaps me is when you run outside at midnight making noise and shooting off confetti in our yard and don't even think about cleaning it up is not good party skills. It does show a high level of douchbaggery though. Douchbaggery is a skill, just like any other. A good friend of mine has a wonderful story of bi-lateral douchbaggery... My friend's father had a neighbor whose dog always barked. His neighbor was an okay guy, and he talked to him several times about it. The neighbor would be contrite and vow to stop the constant barking, but all the time...Bark!, Bark!, Bark! Years go by...Bark!, Bark!, Bark! So my friend's father took a pretty high quality recording of the dog barking and bided his time. More years went by...and Bark! Bark! Bark! Finally, after a number of years down the road, the neighbor's daughter was to be wed. On the day of the ceremony, which was to be held in the neighbor's back yard, my friend's father pulled out a couple of speakers and his recording of the dog barking. And he played it really loud while the neighbors were having their shindig! His neighbor waited a while but eventually approached the fence line. Neighbor: "Hey Herb, we're trying to have a wedding over here. What are you thinking, playing that recording of a dog barking?" My friend's dad: "Well shoot Maurice...It's your dog."
