Returning a favor by helping a friend out with his new shed. He lives in the high desert and so has to deal with things like protected Joshua Trees and the like. They have to appear on plan and be within proximity limits of the structure.
The rear of the shed is designed to accept his riding mower; I'll help him build the ramp later on.
We are currently priming and painting the drywalled interior. 2x6 insulated walls, R-30 ceiling and insulated doors and double pane windows. All this because where he is things get hotter than where we are down the hill (and we hit triple digits for weeks during summer) and he gets snow (we do not).
