Coop Posted December 28, 2018 Report Share Posted December 28, 2018 A couple of questions. I am building this hall tree for my dil. Here is the door without a finish. The sides of the seat part will have walnut flat panels. So my questions are, should the single panel on each side have their own separate stiles or use the legs as part of the frame? I like your sketch as sits proportions everything. As far as the separate stile vs using the leg. I like what you have sketched though i think for side panels that aren't doors typically the leg is the stile.
