Heard back from iVAC support and I need a 13/16" hole. They apparently have two different sizes of connectors now and their directions have not caught up. This causes me to remember why I don't read installation directions :-/ -

Not really. I think the biggest thing is to not take any short cuts building the molds for the bent lamination follow what Marc does and you will get nice almost invisible bent laminations. One thing I will suggest is for the glue, I used Unibond One which you can get through vacupress.com. It has the same qualities that Marc mentions with the glue he uses but you don't have to mix it which makes it safer, it has a good open time and give a hard glue line which keeps spring back real minimal. The smallest quanity that they sell is 1/2 gallon but it can be used as a general assembly glue too, so you can us it on the whole project if you want to. -
