legenddc
First time I did that I got fairly far into the board before I thought my table saw was burning up. Definitely thought I was going to have to buy a new one. I finished the construction of the Shaker End Table last night. I need to sand/glue the drawer and sand the top then onto finishing. It's taken way too long but I did knock out a number of smaller projects in between.

Those were supposed to be leveling screws. The funny part was I missed the tabs they rest on so they are doing nothing... 1 hour ago, Immortan D said: I like your infeed table. Popular Post Mick S
I got the platform installed to raise my Sawstop table surface to the height of the slider so that I can feed back to back without interference. The platform, laid flat, looks like a ladder made of 2 x 6s half lapped and glued and screwed together. I used 8 of the leveling mechanisms Marc used on his new outfeed table for fine tuning the height of the saw surfaces. It's a piece of cake for a man my age to solo hoist a ~ 650 lb (PCS + inline router table) up onto a 2 x 6 platform, with leveling hardware that does not slide at all, and position both within 1/32" of parallel to another saw. *Piece of cake. I'm going to bed now. * Cake ingredients: 1. Overhead beams, 2. 6 x 6 perpendicularly spanning said beams, 3. Cable hoist attached to 6 x 6, 4. Two 3", 2000 lb lifting straps on saw, 4. Every swear word known to man, repeated often, 5. Coffee, followed by Advil, followed by a nice Zinfandel 2 1
