    • Thanks. I'll have to measure to see how low I need it so I can put it next to the table saw. I've been wondering this a lot lately. My Forrest blade came with my table saw which after looking in my email history, was purchased in Jan of 2017. Granted, I'm not a heavy user but 8 years of work has me wondering if I need to get it done. I do find cleaning it helps it, but I'm not noticing poor cut quality either way. My blade does get some burning on the left side (away from the fence) but I believe it's caused by my table saw not staying aligned. I have the Ridgid 4512 with the trunnion issue. On a different note, I was looking into a miter saw blade for my new 12" Dewalt. Has anyone used Royce blade before? Supposedly Royce and Tenryu are high quality blades but are more used in the industry as opposed to Forrest that's big on the hobby side.
    • Thank you. Doing a little searching for useful hints. I apologize if the mods are already aware of these. This post from Invision suggests "while you're using a CAPTCHA and Q&A challenges, we find hCAPTCHA to be more effective in blocking spam and you only have 1 Q&A challenge questions which is easy for a bot to resolve. I would suggest making multiple Q&A challenge questions which are related to your niche but not easily Google-able but your audience will easily solve yet take bots a long time or never." (About hCAPTCHA) If the spammers are using disposable email addresses, looks like there is now Disposable Email Filtering (2nd thing discussed in the post).
    • What do you mean its only going on 4 years since I started  Lol having said that it will be complete in Feb 2025. This has definitely been a challenging project I figure I have about 250 hrs into it but it should have never taken 4 years .
    • So the angle is ultimately 9 degrees but not equal on both pieces?
